We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented eCommerce Executive to support the day‑to‑day trading and operation of our online stores. This role is responsible for ensuring products, content, pricing and promotions are accurately presented, campaigns are executed smoothly, and the customer experience reflects our premium brand standards.


Working closely with the head of marketing and eCommerce manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining site performance, supporting launches and ensuring operational excellence across all digital channels.


Website Trading & Merchandising

Support the day‑to‑day management of the online store, ensuring products are presented in a clear, compelling and commercially effective manner.


Assist with product placement, category organisation and on‑site promotions.


Maintain a clean, consistent and brand‑aligned shopping experience across devices.


Contribute to regular merchandising updates in line with seasonal activity and business priorities.


Product Information & Pricing

Maintain accurate product details, imagery and attributes across the website.


Implement pricing changes, promotions and discount activity as required.


Conduct routine checks to ensure currency and pricing accuracy across markets.


Identify and elevate discrepancies or issues affecting product presentation or margin.


Campaign & Launch Support

Assist with the preparation and execution of promotional campaigns and product launches.


Ensure relevant products and content are live and correctly configured ahead of go‑live dates.


Support launch readiness checks and post‑launch adjustments where required.


Provide hands‑on support during key trading periods.


Email & Marketing Coordination

Support email campaigns by ensuring featured products are available, accurate and correctly presented online.


Align on‑site content and merchandising with campaign messaging and customer journeys.


Assist with campaign preparation tasks as directed by the marketing team.


Product Pages & Customer Experience

Support the ongoing optimisation of product pages to ensure clarity, completeness and usability.


Assist with initiatives that enhance customer confidence, such as sizing guidance or product information updates.


Monitor product availability and presentation to minimise friction in the purchase journey.


Content & Asset Management

Upload and maintain product imagery and digital assets.


Assist with content updates across the site as required.


Support coordination of new content or imagery where needed.


Ensure assets are applied consistently and meet brand standards.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 2 years+ experience in an eCommerce, digital, or online retail role.
  • Experience updating products, content, and promotions on a transactional website.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce).
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling pricing and product data.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Confident using Excel or Google Sheets for basic data handling.
  • Ability to follow processes and ensure accuracy across the site.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
