Solutions Architect

Dublin | Hybrid | Utilities (Enterprise Scale, Regulated)

Realta Associates are hiring two Solution Architects to lead solution design, option shaping and target-state roadmapping across a large corporate systems estate (HR, internal Finance, shared services, core business apps) for an instantly recognisable utilities organisation.

This is for someone who can design solutions end-to-end, run the room with senior stakeholders, and land decisions in a complex environment.

• 
  
• Strong experience architecting enterprise business applications (HR, Finance, shared services, corporate platforms)
  
• Proven modernisation experience (legacy to SaaS/platform, integration, operating model change)
  
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders: can sell the solution, challenge assumptions, and close decisions
  
• Regulated environments experience is a plus (utilities a bonus, not required)
  
• Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise apps
  
• Microsoft 365, Power Platform, integration patterns (API-led, event-driven, iPaaS), and ideally Fabric/data platform exposure
  

• 
  
• Own end-to-end solution designs and target-state roadmaps across corporate systems
  
• Lead discovery and design workshops; translate business outcomes into architecture
  
• Define options, trade-offs, risks, cost/effort, and present recommendations to Design Authority / governance
  
• Drive decisions where priorities clash (risk, security, cost, delivery, operational support)
  
• Design across application + data + integration (with real-world security/ops constraints)
  
• Produce high-quality artefacts: HLDs, solution overviews, options papers, ADRs, impact assessments, estimates
