You ensure the proper functioning of the building and its equipment by responding quickly to technical requests and emergencies. You provide a reliable and proactive presence. You contribute to the hotel’s preventive maintenance and intervene on essential systems such as refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating to ensure a safe and high‑performing environment.

You possess solid basic knowledge in plumbing, carpentry, electricity, and other areas related to general maintenance, along with strong skills in construction trades. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, you demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and versatility. You are available for flexible schedules, including mandatory weekends . You stand out through your professional appearance, enthusiasm, and people skills.
