Are you looking for a dynamic role in the fulfillment sector? Our facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join our dedicated team. In this position, you will play a critical role in the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to shipping finished products. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, kitting, and preparing orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency every step of the way. This role is central to our logistics operations and our promise to deliver excellent service to our customers. We are deeply committed to maintaining a safe workplace, and all employees are expected to strictly follow safety procedures and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the physical capability for manual labor, including regular Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Kitting and assembly of products as needed.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Use appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with other fulfillment and warehouse tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 45 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory management.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety standards.
