Mitigation Project Manager

Job Description

ServiceMaster is seeking a highly motivated Mitigation Project Manager to join our disaster restoration team. In this field-based role, you will lead projects from start to finish, responding to a variety of emergencies, including water, mold, storm, and trauma/biohazard cleanups. You’ll ensure each job is executed with precision and care, meeting client expectations, and industry standards.

Key responsibilities include creating detailed estimates using Xactimate, managing and directing on-site teams, and maintaining clear client communication throughout the process. IICRC certifications are preferred, reflecting a commitment to industry best practices.

This role demands both leadership and hands-on involvement. You may actively participate in labor-intensive tasks while ensuring that your team meets ServiceMaster’s high standards. You’ll juggle multiple jobs, maintaining efficiency and quality across all projects.
