Job Description

We're looking for a Project Manager who can lead through influence -- someone who doesn't just track tasks, but drives momentum, builds trust across teams, and makes sure the right work gets done at the right time.
Axis is a Christian nonprofit on a mission to equip parents to disciple the next generation. We create digital content and resources that help families have the conversations that matter most. Behind all of it, we need someone who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to the teams making it happen.
Here's what this role looks like:
✅ End-to-end project management of projects such as content campaigns and fundraising initiatives
✅ Building and maintaining Monday.com boards, project charters, timelines, and more
✅ Proactively identifying risks and driving solutions before they become problems
️✅ Facilitating a high volume of effective meetings each week
The ideal candidate:
✅ Has 2-3 years of project management experience *AND* wants to continue to grow and learn in the field
✅ Communicates proactively -- no one has to chase them down for updates
✅ Is detail-oriented, adaptable under pressure, and takes radical ownership
✅ Is proficient in tools like Monday.com, Google Suite, and Slack
✅ Shares our faith and is energized by mission-driven work

Hybrid role based in Colorado Springs, CO (2 days in office, 3 days remote if desired) | $55–70K salary depending on skills/experience | Full-time
