We are seeking a Residential Painting Project Manager to join our fast-growing team at Full Coverage Painting and Flooring! This unique and rewarding opportunity, with a growing Residential Painting and Flooring company, is designed for a young professional who are likely more entrepreneurial-minded and seeking a role that provides full autonomy to make decisions and is encouraged to take risks.

The main responsibilities will include managing crews, managing customer expectations/satisfaction, and managing cost, which means allows this role to be rewarded based entirely off of performance. Dealing with Customer, Organization, Communication, being able to multi-task (time management) are crucial to the opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed goals
• Meet with customers at their homes to build relationships
• Maintain customer database
• Manage project costs, under direction of ownership AND maintain the painting and floor crews
• Communicate effectively with customers on a timely biased
