As a part of this expansion, we're seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join our clinical and residency faculty at our health center in vibrant Surprise, Arizona.

Position Highlights:

• Academic Role: Faculty appointment with the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix
• Teaching-Focused Practice: Outpatient precepting, resident mentorship, and curriculum development
• Protected Faculty Time: Dedicated time for teaching, scholarship, and program development
• Flexible Scheduling: Outpatient-focused role with limited call; inpatient shifts optional
• Leadership Opportunities: Participate in program growth with pathways to future leadership roles (e.g., curriculum lead)
• Robust Support: Experienced MAs, front office staff, and engaged clinical and GME leadership
• $30K sign-on bonus and $15K relocation assistance
• Up to $100K Loan Repayment

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible: Bring your expertise as a certified Internal Medicine physician.

• Leadership Potential: Showcase your history of scholarship and leadership experience, or your potential to lead.
