- Salary: £24,050 plus up to 10% annual bonus
- Hours: 36.25 hours, 5 days a week
- Shifts: Monday to Sunday, 08:00–20:00
- Interviews: Running until 1 April 2026
- Start Date: 20 April 2026

Be the reassuring voice customers need after a car accident.
We are looking for confident, customer-focused people to join our inbound contact centre team in Newcastle. In this role, you will support customers following a motor accident, guiding them with empathy, professionalism and care. You will gather the right information, help identify liability and deliver the world-class service our customers expect.
