Team Lead Engineering - Insights & Analytics (Remote)

• Drive the transformation of SoSafe’s Analytics into a true Insights & value product area, helping customers quantify behavior change and compliance impact.
• Translate the Insights & Analytics strategy into shipped, measurable outcomes, including ROI indicators, benchmarking, and enriched risk scoring.
• Build and guide a hands-on engineering team, staying deeply involved in architecture, coding, reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Drive the expansion of SoSafe’s risk signal catalogue, including 3rd party risk signal integrations, to improve scoring and recommendations.
• Unify and evolve the Analytics experience into a cohesive and adoptable customer journey, reducing fragmentation and improving clarity.
• Act as a technical and strategic partner to Product, Data, and customer-facing stakeholders to ensure alignment, adoption, and customer impact.

• You are a hands-on technical leader who enjoys building customer-facing products and still writes code regularly.
• You have experience building analytics, reporting, or insights-driven product experiences that customers rely on for decision-making.
• You are comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and turning strategy into action with clear priorities and momentum.
• You bring strong architectural thinking and care deeply about trust, data quality, performance, and long-term maintainability.
• You can lead, mentor, and grow engineers while holding a high bar for delivery, ownership, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with analytics product engineering, risk scoring, signal-based systems, or B2B SaaS security domains is a strong advantage, but product mindset and customer empathy matter just as much.
