Technical Sales Consultant

The Technical Sales Consultant will operate at the intersection of finance and technology, supporting the sales cycle through product demonstrations, technical discussions, and solution alignment.

Working closely with Account Executives, this individual will engage directly with Finance Managers, Financial Controllers, and CFOs to understand their requirements and demonstrate how the software supports their reporting, compliance, and operational objectives.

• Someone with experience demoing or supporting finance software who wants to develop within pre-sales

• Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to prospect requirements
• Support discovery sessions and technical qualification during the sales process
• Translate finance workflows and reporting needs into practical system solutions
• Confidently engage with finance stakeholders and senior decision-makers
• Address functional and technical questions during evaluations
• Assist with proof of concept scenarios and pre-sales documentation
• Provide feedback to Product and Leadership teams based on market insight
• Maintain xcfaprz up-to-date knowledge of product functionality and roadmap

• Experience supporting, implementing, or demoing finance software or ERP systems
• Solid understanding of core finance processes including month-end, reporting, AP/AR, and controls
• Ability to communicate effectively with finance professionals
• Strong presentation skills and commercial awareness
• Organised and able to manage multiple sales opportunities
• AAT, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified or qualified
• Experience working within a finance function
