Corporate Care: Corporate Care Relocation Services DAC (CCR) provides a comprehensive range of relocation and immigration services to companies relocating employees and their families. Our goal is to make the transition as smooth as possible by looking after all of the personal needs of people moving for business.

Focus of the Role:



  • The Consultant delivers various elements of the organisation’s core and supplementary relocation services including Area Orientation; Home Finding for Corporate Rental Market; “Meet and Greet” on Arrival and Settling-in Support as per the contract duration. Confidentiality and discretion are paramount to all duties.

Key Activities:



  • To provide the individual client with the best possible relocation support consistent with the mission and ethos of Corporate Care Relocation from initial contact to contract completion.
  • To proactively assess the needs of clients and help them have realistic expectations based on local factors and budgetary constraints.
  • To complete all relevant paperwork within the process including maintaining up-to-date files and electronic records.
  • To cater to case needs within the constraints of the service package
  • Conduct market research to identify properties that meet client needs.
  • Attend property viewings and negotiate to secure preferred property.
  • Assist with move-in to chosen property, including completion of condition report.
  • Provide local area orientation.
  • Accompany to school and PPSN appointments as required.

Other Requirements:



  • At a minimum, the jobholder will be educated to Leaving Certificate level (or equivalent). A third level qualification, although not essential, would be an advantage.
  • Solid computer literacy is required, including the proficient use of email, word processing, spreadsheets and databases. Accurate and advanced word-processing skills are essential.
  • Good familiarity with technology is important (mobile phone, camera, sat. nav., laptop etc.) and fluency in an additional language (besides English) would be beneficial.
  • Fluent English speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A good geographic knowledge of the designated area to be covered by the Consultant is important. Familiarity with the local rental housing market and the Irish schools system would be an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and flexibility to meet a variety of challenges and deadlines is required.
  • Must be a team player and have the maturity and experience to deal confidently with a wide range of external stakeholders, up to very senior levels.

Hours of Work: Flexible and based on volume to location


Location: Home / on the road as required


Contract type: Contract for services will be provided


Salary: Based on set fees for services conducted
