Role Summary
We are seeking a commercially minded eCommerce Growth Executive to support revenue expansion across our online businesses, and . This role focuses on executing growth initiatives that increase traffic quality, conversion rate, average order value and repeat purchase.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and eCommerce Manager, the successful candidate will coordinate campaigns, optimise on‑site performance, support acquisition activity and identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue across markets.
This is a hands‑on execution role suited to someone analytical, proactive and highly organised, with a strong interest in digital commerce performance.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Revenue Support
- Support delivery of revenue growth initiatives across both websites
- Assist in optimising conversion rate, AOV and revenue per visitor
- Identify opportunities to increase attach rate, bundling and cross‑sell performance
- Support implementation of promotions, seasonal campaigns and trading plans
- Monitor product performance and flag opportunities or issues
Acquisition & Channel Support
- Coordinate execution of paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other channels
- Assist with campaign setup, tracking, testing and reporting
- Support email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, including segmentation and scheduling
- Ensure alignment between acquisition messaging and on‑site experience
On‑Site Experience & Merchandising
- Support homepage, landing page and category merchandising updates
- Assist in improving product discovery, navigation and search performance
- Ensure product listings are accurate, complete and optimised
- Identify friction points in the customer journey and propose improvements
Data, Reporting & Analysis
- Track daily, weekly and monthly performance against targets
- Prepare reports on traffic, conversion, revenue and campaign outcomes
- Analyse customer behaviour and identify growth opportunities
- Support A/B testing initiatives and measure results
Operational Support
- Coordinate cross‑functional execution with Marketing, Customer Service and Warehouse teams
- Support launches of new products, categories or markets
- Maintain documentation of growth initiatives and outcomes
Essential – Skills & Experience
- 2+ years' experience in eCommerce, digital marketing or online retail
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline
- Experience working with Shopify (store management & campaign execution)
- Experience using merchandising, product recommendation or search optimisation apps (e.g. collection sorting, personalisation or on‑site merchandising tools)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data
- High attention to detail and organisational ability
- Commercial mindset with focus on measurable outcomes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Desirable
- Experience with additional platforms such as BigCommerce or similar
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, dashboards or reporting tools
- Experience with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms
- Exposure to paid media channels (Meta, Google Ads)
- Understanding of CRO principles and customer journey optimisation
This is an on‑site role, 5 days a week, based at our Head Office in Killarney, County Kerry.
