We are hiring a Product Transfer / NPI Engineer to support a strategic product transfer from a US manufacturing site to Galway.

This is a hands‑on role focused on validation, process scale‑up, and full production readiness within a regulated medical device environment.
What you’ll do:- Lead/support technical transfer activities (site‑to‑site)
- Execute validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Support equipment installation & process scale‑up
- Drive line readiness and production stabilisation
- Work cross‑functionally across Engineering, Quality & Operations
- 3+ years medical device manufacturing experience
- Proven NPI or technical transfer experience
- Experience in ISO13485 / FDA regulated environments
