We’re looking for a Property Claims Advisor to manage Home Claims from start to finish. You’ll take ownership of your own portfolio, applying your technical knowledge, clear judgment and problem‑solving skills to deliver fair, timely outcomes for our customers.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in our Cherrywood, Dublin office.

• 
  
• Manage property claims from first notification through to settlement
  
• Apply technical knowledge to validate cover, assess damage, and make fair decisions
  
• Work with loss adjusters, service providers and internal teams to progress claims efficiently
  
• Support the resolution of escalated or complex cases
  
• Identify potential fraud and take appropriate action
  
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the claims journey
  

• 
  
• 1+ years’ experience handling home or property claims
  
• APA qualification in line with MCC requirements
  
• Strong communication, empathy, and negotiation skills
  
• A detail‑oriented, organised approach to managing tasks
  
• A team player who takes ownership and strives for high‑quality outcomes
  
• A focus on doing what’s right for both the customer and the business
