Senior Design Manager

At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Senior Design Manager to join our client’s growing team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Senior Design Manager to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

• 
  
• Lead internal design reviews and ensure coordinated, compliant design outputs
  
• Manage design programmes, deliverables, approvals and issue registers
  
• Coordinate external consultants and specialist design packages
  
• Drive design risk management and design change control
  
• Support project teams with technical queries (RFIs) and construction information
  
• Produce, maintain and develop the company Design Manual (standards, templates, workflows, QA checks)
  
• Ensure design aligns with Irish statutory requirements (e.g. Building Regulations / BCAR)
  

• 
  
• Proven experience as a Senior Design Manager / Design Manager in Ireland or similar markets
  
• Strong technical judgement and stakeholder management skills
  
• Degree in xcfaprz Architecture / Engineering / Construction (or equivalent)
  
• Knowledge of BCAR, DAC/Planning compliance and project delivery in Ireland
  
• BIM/coordination experience (Revit/Navisworks/ACC) an advantage
