Atlassian Specialist

We’re looking for a Senior Atlassian Specialist to lead our client's transition and optimisation strategy into Atlassian Cloud.

This is a pivotal role for an experienced Atlassian expert who can combine hands‑on technical knowledge with strategic thinking to design, implement, and evolve our cloud‑based collaboration ecosystem.

You’ll partner with senior stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to shape the future of how we use tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian products to drive efficiency, transparency, and innovation across the organisation.

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the organisation’s migration and adoption of Atlassian Cloud.
  
• Provide expert technical guidance on configuration, integration, governance, and best practices for Atlassian products.
  
• Lead migration planning and execution from on‑premise or Data Center environments to Atlassian Cloud.
  
• Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure secure and compliant cloud implementations.
  
• Optimise workflows, automation, and reporting to improve cross‑team collaboration.
  
• Act as a trusted advisor on licensing, platform scaling, and emerging Atlassian capabilities.
  
• Provide mentorship and training to internal teams, enabling sustainable ownership post‑migration.
  

• 
  
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) in complex enterprise environments.
  
• Proven experience designing and executing Atlassian Cloud migration or consolidation strategies.
  
• Deep understanding of Atlassian administration, governance, and automation (including Jira Service Management and Advanced Roadmaps).
  
• Strong stakeholder engagement and strategic consulting skills.
  
• Experience integrating Atlassian with other enterprise systems (e.g., Slack, GitHub, Azure AD, or CI/CD pipelines). xcfaprz
