Store Manager South Dublin

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our clients team and ensure the store delivers the very best in customer service, fresh food, and operational excellence.

• Oversee the efficient day-to-day running of the site
• Deliver on sales, margin, waste and KPI targets
• Lead and develop the team through training, coaching, and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and all store standards
• Manage stock, merchandising, rostering, and cash control
• Drive a culture of customer service excellence

• 3+ years’ experience in a retail management role
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Strong commercial awareness and KPI focus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
