After-School Program Manager – Build & Run Your Own Projects

Kingsway Academy is a growing private high school located on campus of Kings university college at Western University. We’re looking for a hands-on Program Manager to launch and run after-school enrichment programs (STEM, arts, language, etc.). You’ll work closely with academic team — we handle curriculum development, you own the operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Research parent needs and market trends to design popular after-school projects

•  Plan and schedule classes using Asana or Trello (or similar tools)

•  Manage enrollment, pricing, marketing, and teacher coordination

•  Track attendance, feedback, and results — keep everything running smooth

•  Scale up: start small, then grow to multiple classes or locations

Qualifications & Requirements:

•  3+ years experience in after-school programs, tutoring, or enrichment (e.g., Kumon, Oxford Learning, Mathnasium, or private schools)

•  Strong sense of what parents want — price, format, fun vs. academic balance

•  Comfortable with tools like Asana, Google Workspace, or project management apps

•  Organized, proactive, and good at talking to families

•  Flexible hours: part-time to full-time

Compensation & Upside

Flexible structure: part-time or full-time roles with base salary + commission + performance bonus.
