**What You Bring
**We’re looking for a leader with a rare combination of

**.You’ll succeed if you have:
* A strong track record in
**data, digital, and AI strategy development and execution
*** Experience leading the design and implementation of tech‑enabled business transformation (preferably within MedTech environment)
* Hands‑on delivery experience from concept to scaled adoption
* Expertise across
**Machine Learning, Generative AI
**, and experimentation at scale
* Experience with
**data governance, domain ownership, and analytics frameworks
*** Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions
* A mindset focused on innovation, value creation, and impact
* Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Data Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
* 10+ years of leadership experience leading complex projects in the area of data analytics in a matrix environment
