The Role:

· Lead and manage projects from pre-construction to close-out


· Review and interpret drawings


· Work with site supervisors to ensure compliance with specifications, change orders and adherence to the construction schedule


· Serve as the primary contact for clients


· Manage project documentation, including change orders and Site Instructions


· Coordinate material procurement


· Proactively identify and resolve issues


· Attend site meetings as required


· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and team members


Qualifications:

· 2+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction


· Experience in tile and flooring an asset


· Able to read and interpret drawings, specifications and construction schedules


· Proficiency in excel, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Procore and Fieldwire an asset


· Excellent communication, leadership and multi-tasking skills


· Pro-active, organized, detail-oriented


· Prefer at least a 2-year diploma in CPM, CET certification, or other related education


Compensation:

· Salaried position: negotiable for the right candidate
