Job Title: Project/Program Manager

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ months (possible extension)

Role Overview

Markets Transformation is supporting remediation efforts related to the 2020 Consent Order. The Intermediate Project Manager will lead compliance-related workstreams, manage project delivery, track progress, and coordinate across Markets, Compliance, Technology, and other stakeholders to ensure successful remediation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage execution of compliance workstreams in partnership with business and Compliance SMEs.
• Prepare concise progress and activity reports for various stakeholders.
• Review and challenge reports produced by other functions.
• Apply best-practice project management methodologies (plans, risks, issues tracking).
• Track progress against program goals and drive remediation outcomes.
• Facilitate engagement with Markets product lines and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with Trade Surveillance, Sanctions Screening, and AML/KYC investigations.
• Experience with Capital Markets products and trade capture/surveillance systems.
• Experience managing cross-department dependencies (Compliance, Technology, Audit).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Data Lineage and Data Architecture.
• Experience working on regulatory remediation programs.
• Knowledge of Markets risk & controls, trade lifecycle, and products.
• Understanding of Compliance functions (AML, KYC, etc.).
