We are looking for an experienced Swimming Pool Construction Specialist to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to work on some of the most unique and high-end pool projects in the National Capital Region , alongside a skilled and professional team.

• Install steel panel swimming pools
• Measure and mark layout guidelines for pool installations
• Install grout and complete pool structure finishing
• Perform concrete forming and finishing
• Install plumbing for pools and equipment systems
• Repair and replace pool liners
• Install, repair, and service pool equipment
• Diagnose and repair pool system issues
• Assist with excavation and general landscape installation
• Drive trucks and trailers to transport equipment and materials
• Work closely with the project team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards

• 3–5+ years experience in pool construction, pool service, or related construction fields
• Experience installing and servicing pool equipment and systems
• Ability to read and follow construction plans and drawings
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Comfortable leading or assisting with project tasks when needed
• Valid Class G Driver’s Licence
• Clean driving record

• Competitive pay: $40 – $52 per hour (based on experience)
