Location: North York M3C 3N6, Toronto | On-site

Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 + Bonuses + Benefits

Falco Logistics is a fast-growing freight brokerage focused on building a high-performing sales organization and strong operational team. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner directly with leadership and help build the people strategy that will support our growth.

This role reports directly to the CEO and will lead all core HR functions while helping attract, develop, and retain top sales talent.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Sales Recruiting

• Lead recruiting efforts for freight brokers, account executives, and operations staff
• Develop strategies to attract high-performing sales talent
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
• Build scalable hiring processes aligned with company growth goals

Sales Team Development & Retention

• Support leadership in building a high-performance sales culture
• Assist in designing compensation plans, commission structures, and incentive programs
• Implement performance management processes for sales teams
• Help develop training and career growth programs for brokers and sales staff

HR Operations & Employee Relations

• Manage employee relations and support a strong company culture
• Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR systems
• Handle performance management, coaching support, and disciplinary processes when needed

Compliance & HR Strategy

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
• Maintain HR documentation, policies, and internal processes
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership as the company grows

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of HR experience
• Experience supporting sales-driven organizations
• Experience recruiting and supporting commission-based sales teams
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation
• Experience designing sales compensation structures
• HR certification (CHRP, CHRL, etc.)
