Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and have experience in office management, customer service, and clerical tasks.

Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism
  • Operate multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while managing incoming calls
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly
  • Conduct filing, proofreading documents, and ensuring all paperwork is organized
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in office management duties to ensure a well-functioning workplace
  • Keeping a clean and professional office space; vacuuming, clearing out the garbage, emptying the paper shredder, etc.
  • Support team members with clerical tasks as required to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role with a focus on office experience
  • Previous experience working within the Travel Industry is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistant: 2 years (required)
