Applications Support Specialist
to join our team. You will play a crucial role in sustaining our Applications and Services by providing backend administration and support in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Your expertise will assist in defining requirements, designing, building data center technology components, and conducting testing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Engage with ALM Octane, UFT, LoadRunner, Dynatrace, ReadyAPI, CyberArk, and VMWare/Horizon. Install Application client tools on VDI Images/Pools. Troubleshoot connections to Applications alongside integrations and configure Load Balancing for Applications. Perform Application configuration using SAML/SSO Authentication. Provide Level 2 and 3 support for integration-related issues. Create and validate management plans including anticipated sizing forecasts. Maintain licenses and key secrets within the vault. Provide STIGs and CDRL Documentation. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. 7-10 years of experience in information technology, system administration, or a related IT field. CompTIA Security certification is required. Must possess an active Secret level clearance. Other Job Specific Skills: Experience in Windows and Linux environments. Expertise in administration and configuration of ALM Octane, UFT, LoadRunner, Dynatrace, ReadyAPI, and VMWare/Horizon is preferred. Experience with STIGs and CDRL documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. Familiarity with VMware VDI. Compensation: Compensation for this position ranges from $78,400 to $127,000, and is determined by various factors including location, skill set, education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, security clearance type, and years of experience.
