The Network Integrations Team for Accounts in Visa Direct is responsible for the seamless integration of Visa Direct services with various financial institutions and payment network partners. We enable cross-border payments across the world ensuring that Visa Direct's capabilities are effectively deployed, maintained, and optimized to facilitate quick, secure and reliable transactions. This is a Business Analyst role focused on Network Expansion. Key responsibilities include supporting and completing key service integration activities, gathering and interpreting business requirements and identifying and building improvements to Visa's cross border network offering. What we expect of you, day to day: Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders (e.g. Product, Engineering, and Operations teams) and external partners to gather, clarify, and communicate business requirements Analyze partner specifications and data mapping across various accounts partners, contributing to API service design and assess their impact on business processes Identify and document key requirements for integrating new partners, enabling our operations team to manage the product effectively, while ensuring a seamless client experience Develop solution documentation based on partner workshops during the build phase to facilitate business operations post-launch Collaborate to set standards and improve data practices across Visa Direct and refine requirements for Payment Network partner integrations Present complex and critical network feature demos to relevant Visa Direct stakeholders during sprint demos Drive the standardization of business and integration analysis across multiple markets and countries Engage in agile/scaled agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups while supporting product owners with backlog refinement This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Basic Qualifications: 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD) Preferred Qualifications: 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience Proficiency in English is required, Spanish is advantageous, any additional languages are a plus Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, fintech, or payment solutions industries You have demonstrable experience across multiple systems and project types within the financial services / payments industry, ideally in cross border payments, with a good understanding of payment message standards and rules, payment schemes, payment processing technologies and regulations Proven experience working in an Agile methodology environment (e.g. SCRUM, DSDM, Lean/Kanban) and ideally scaled agile methodology Good technical understanding of web applications and APIs Great intellectual agility and attention to detail Experience with Jira Confluence tool Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills Strong problem-solving skills to address data-related issues and optimize data processes. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 104,600.00 to 162,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
