In this role, you'll leverage multiple data sources to uncover trends, benchmark performance, and deliver actionable insights that drive smarter retail decisions. You'll partner closely with field teams, corporate leadership, and clientsbridging the gap between data and execution to improve overall business performance. What You'll Do Analyze and synthesize field, market, and competitive data to uncover key business trends Deliver strategic, consultative recommendations that influence brand and product performance in retail Support leadership and clients with deep-dive analytics on retail execution strengths and gaps Present clear, compelling insights that drive alignment and buy-in across all levels Develop KPIs and performance measurement strategies that guide field execution Translate complex data into professional reports with clear business implications Manage multiple intelligence requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment Build strong relationships and foster a collaborative, team-based culture rooted in integrity What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred 5+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst preferred Strong background in project management and process improvement Advanced analytical, data mining, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools Confident communicator who can influence through insights If you're driven by data, enjoy solving complex problems, and want to make a real impact in retail strategywe'd love to hear from you.
