We have a really exciting opportunity for a Senior Structural Engineer/Associate with 10+ years’ experience to join a medium sized well established and growing civil and structural engineering consultancy in South Dublin and the UK. • The successful Structural Engineer will be responsible for managing multiple projects in terms of technical delivery, quality assurance, finances (fees and invoicing), programme delivery and collaborating with and resourcing other staff accordingly (junior engineers and CAD technicians).
  
• Developing and managing structural engineering designs in steel, concrete and timber; including steel portal frames, mezzanine structures, composite structures, connection design, muti storey structures, floor slabs, foundations, and retaining walls.
  
• Liaising, collaborating, and coordinating with both internal and external project team members and Clients.
  
• You will work on engineering challenging projects whilst having a good work life balance. This company offers a fantastic working environment in a great location (South Dublin).
  

• 
  
• Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
  
• 10+ years’+ experience in the design of building projects.
  
• The successful Structural Engineer will have strong experience in concrete and steel design and careful attention to detail
  
• Familiar with Eurocodes/ British Standards
  
• Proven use of 3D modelling software (Tekla Structural Designer, Robot, Etabs etc.)
  
• Organised approach to problem solving and a willingness to explore new opportunities
  
• A desire to take the next step in their career and help grow the business in Ireland and internationally.
  
• Ideally have a driving licence
  
• Excellent bonus paid twice a year (circa 12%)
