International Software Quality Engineer with Arabic

The European Software Localisation Quality Assurance team is responsible for designing, implementing and executing both automated and manual test plans to assure the quality of our client’s wide variety of software products. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who meet the following qualifications.

• Perform manual localisation testing on software, printable documents, help and hardware items.
  
• Report issues using internal tools, providing pertinent information and suggestions and following the solution process through completion.
  
• Analyse international functionality issues.
  
• Work cross‑functionally with international software QA centres, engineering teams, translators and project managers to ensure delivery of world‑class products to international markets.
  
• Perform any other duties as required.

• Design, implement and organise manual test plans.
  
• Create, maintain and carry out automated test procedures.
  
• Identify areas of improvement in existing tools and processes, and address issues with innovative solutions.

• Fluent in Arabic and English, with full professional competence and proficiency in linguistics.
  
• Able to represent an Arabic user in all aspects of interacting with a software product.
  
• Knowledge of software localisation and internationalisation.
