Reporting to the VP of Private Cloud Flex Solutions Org, you will oversee a team of engineers dedicated to delivering innovative cloud and on-premises enterprise solutions and services.Responsibilities Qualifications Proven leadership experience in systems integration, particularly in private cloud solutions.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure monitoring tools.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFE frameworks.Education and Experience Required Typically, 10+ years of related work experience, including 5+ years of people management.Knowledge and Skills Extensive experience managing and leading large teams, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work culture.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities, formulate strategies, and execute projects effectively.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
