Job Description

Deployment and reliability of applications to OCI and Datacenters. Design automation, performance, monitoring, architectures, standards, and resiliency of applications. Normalize deployment strategies through documentation and procedures.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and development teams to own and operate a portfolio of services and technology domains across the full stack.

Lead the design, delivery, and ongoing reliability of mission-critical systems with a strong focus on security, resiliency, scalability, and performance, serving as the authority for end-to-end operability and performance.

Partner with development teams to define, evolve, and implement service architectures and engineering best practices. Build and maintain infrastructure automation, including OCI provisioning and deployments using infrastructure as code.

Oversee daily operations, patching, security hardening, monitoring and observability improvements, incident response, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication, while driving continuous automation to reduce toil and improve release velocity, reliability, and compliance.
