Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Dentist, based in Castlebar. The General Dentist will provide a range of dental care services, including routine check-ups, preventive care, restorative treatments, and cosmetic procedures. Responsibilities include diagnosing oral health conditions, creating and implementing treatment plans, performing procedures such as fillings, root canals, extractions, crown and bridge work, and providing advice on oral hygiene. The dentist will also collaborate with the clinic team to ensure patients receive comfortable, compassionate, and efficient care. xcfaprz This role requires excellent communication skills to foster strong patient relationships and deliver a high standard of care.
Qualifications
Strong clinical skills, such as expertise in restorative dentistry, endodontic treatments, prosthodontics, and oral surgery
Experience providing preventive care, routine check-ups, and dental hygiene education
Knowledge or experience with advanced treatments, including orthodontics (Invisalign), crown and bridge work, and cosmetic dentistry
Proficiency in patient management, including interacting with individuals of all ages, providing personalized care for nervous patients, and creating transparent treatment plans
Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to maintain trust and build relationships with patients and colleagues
Relevant dental qualifications and registration with the Dental Council of Ireland
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on industry advancements
