Landscaping Project Manager

Project Managers oversee multiple in-house teams and subcontractors to deliver the highest-quality product possible. They work closely with homeowners, builders and general contractors to ensure our teams exceed their expectations in quality, efficiency and timeline. They must be an experienced leader, extremely organized, adept at multi-tasking, maintain a positive attitude, good under pressure, and a good communicator of goals and how to achieve them.

Job Responsibilities:

· Thoughtfully plan each project and the sequence of activities for max. efficiency

· Perform quality inspections of each project

· Visit active residential and commercial construction sites to direct teams, and ensure safety, quality and efficiency.

· Interface with clients, builders, contractors, subcontractors, municipalities, employees, etc

· Hold teams accountable to deadlines

· Manage subcontractors

· Gather submittal information for builders/General Contractors

· Draw up agreements and other documents

· Track information using CRM and Excel spreadsheets

· Pull permits and schedule inspections

· Schedule utility locate requests

· Coordinate material purchases and deliveries with vendors

· Organize project documents

· Copy/print and manage blueprints

· Create checklists

· Calculate and analyze production information

· Produce estimates and change orders
