Technical Service Delivery Manager (MSSP Manager)

Job Description

We are staffing for a reputable RIA firm in Mesa, AZ, seeking a Technical Service Delivery Manager to support their IT Operations team.

This role will oversee the performance of Managed Service Security Providers (MSSPs) and ensure reliable IT service delivery across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience managing IT vendors, service delivery, incident management, and SLA performance.

This is a hybrid position based in Mesa, AZ with occasional travel to other offices.
Salary: $105,000 Base + 10% Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal escalation point for critical IT service issues
• Manage relationships with Managed Service Security Providers (MSSPs) and other vendors
• Monitor service performance, SLAs, and vendor accountability
• Lead incident response coordination and root cause analysis
• Maintain service dashboards, escalation logs, and performance reports
• Participate in vendor review meetings and service improvement initiatives
• Provide oversight of Microsoft 365 environments, endpoint management, and network changes
• Ensure patching, updates, and infrastructure maintenance meet operational standards

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or Service Delivery
• Experience managing MSP or MSSP vendors
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (VPN, routing, firewalls)
• Experience tracking service performance metrics and SLAs
• Strong analytical and communication skills
