Full-Time | Year-Round Work

We’re hiring experienced landscaping professionals to join our growing team. Whether you’re a skilled crew member ready to step into a leadership role or an experienced crew leader who can confidently run a crew, we want to talk to you.

This is a hands-on role for someone with professional lawn maintenance experience in residential and/or commercial properties. We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, move efficiently, and understand quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Operate Exmark Lazer Z 60” mowers
• Use string trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers
• Drive a truck and trailer to and from job sites
• Maintain clean, professional-looking properties
• Lead and manage a crew (for qualified candidates)

Winter Season Responsibilities

• Operate plow trucks
• Clear and salt commercial parking lots
• Clear and de-ice sidewalks
• Perform snow removal services as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Professional lawn maintenance experience (required)
• Experience driving a truck and trailer (required)
• Crew leadership experience (preferred, but not required)
• Snow removal experience (preferred)
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
