Position Summary

Barnsco is seeking an experienced G eneral Manager to lead our Construction Materials and Fabrication operations. This leadership role oversees daily branch operations including production, warehouse, inventory, logistics, and sales support while driving safety, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

The General Manager will lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful execution of operational and customer service goals across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations including fabrication, warehouse, delivery, and inventory management
• Drive operational performance, productivity, and profitability
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
• Lead, coach, and develop operations and production teams
• Partner with sales leadership to support customer service and project delivery
• Monitor operational metrics, budgets, and inventory controls

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations leadership experience in construction materials, building supply, manufacturing, or industrial distribution
• Experience managing production, warehouse, and logistics operations
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational management skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational results
