·     Deep understanding of public affairs issues and strategy

·     The ability to think big-picture and execute in the weeds

·     Comfort in a fast-paced, client-first environment

·     Curiosity, initiative, and the confidence to pitch bold ideas

·     Agency experience preferred

·     5-7 years in communications, public affairs, or relevant experience
