The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with strong Prompt Engineering and Machine Learning experience to support AI initiatives within a dedicated machine‑learning squad. You will contribute to the development of AI solutions, including ML and Generative AI capabilities, and help enhance and maintain an internal Python library supporting AI workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Work as part of a machine‑learning squad focused on AI, ML, and Generative AI development.
• Translate business needs from stakeholders and SMEs into well‑structured prompts and Python solutions.
• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and support of an internal Python library.
• Participate in prompt engineering, including the creation, refinement, and versioning of prompts aligned with evolving LLM capabilities.
• Conduct regular testing, benchmarking, and performance evaluations for prompts and models.
• Support ongoing monitoring and quality assurance for deployed AI components.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in Python.
• Hands‑on experience building Python applications and working in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Core Skills Required

• Advanced prompt engineering expertise.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience with OpenAI and various LLM models.
• Experience conducting model testing, benchmarking, and performance analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with clients and SMEs to extract and clarify requirements.

Skills Desired

• Experience with machine learning and vector databases.
• Cloud development experience, ideally on Microsoft Azure.
• Background in FinTech application development.
• Experience working with global delivery teams.
