About the Opportunity:
We're investing in cleaner, more reliable data to set the foundation for smarter decision-making and automation across the business. We are looking to hire co-op students to join our team and play a meaningful role in auditing, cleaning, and standardizing data across our core business systems. You'll work cross-functionally alongside our Operations, Sales and Estimating teams — gaining real exposure to manufacturing business processes and the data infrastructure that drives our decisions.
What You'll Be Working On
Data Cleanup & Standardization
- Hunt down inconsistencies across multiple business systems and help bring structure to our data
- Your work will directly shape the quality and reliability of the data our teams rely on every day
Job Costing & Estimating Audits
- Dig into historical job data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Support improvements in how we price and plan work
Procurement & Vendor Data
- Build out clean, structured vendor and purchasing datasets
- Help improve visibility and decision-making in ssourcing and procurement activities
CRM & Sales Data
- Clean and organize customer and opportunity data
- Support more accurate sales reporting, forecasting and pipeline visibility.
Operations & Quality Control Support
- Work closely with operations teams to support tool tracking, maintenance records, engineering documentation, and quality control data
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to ERP, CRM, or BI tools is an asset
- Organized, curious, and motivated to learn and make an impact
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple teams
