Luxury Travel Advisor – (Hybrid)

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, highly respected luxury travel agency seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Advisor to join their team.

Compensation & Schedule

• Guaranteed earnings for 1–2 years
• Competitive base salary
• Vacation: 2 weeks, with flexibility to offer 3 weeks based on experience
• Start date: ASAP
• Hybrid role with approximately 4–8 days per month in office
• Schedule: Monday to Friday; occasional Saturday availability may be required

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage customized luxury leisure itineraries
• Provide high-touch service to a discerning client base
• Manage complex bookings and detailed travel arrangements
• Work closely with preferred luxury suppliers and partners
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and client follow-through

Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury leisure travel advisor experience
• Proven experience designing bespoke, high-end itineraries
• Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills
• GDS experience an asset (Amadeus or Sabre)
• Professional, polished, and service-oriented approach
