Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Implement and monitor inventory control procedures.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage stock rotation and ensure product traceability.
- Support receiving and shipping departments with inventory-related inquiries.
- Develop and maintain reports on inventory accuracy and performance.
- Ensure compliance with Safety standards and proper handling of materials.
- Train warehouse staff on inventory control best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or logistics.
- Proficiency in WMS software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports.
- Familiarity with Safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
- Must be able to perform moderate Lifting (up to 30 lbs) for inventory tasks.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
