Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Implement and monitor inventory control procedures.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage stock rotation and ensure product traceability.
  • Support receiving and shipping departments with inventory-related inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain reports on inventory accuracy and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Safety standards and proper handling of materials.
  • Train warehouse staff on inventory control best practices.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or logistics.
  • Proficiency in WMS software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports.
  • Familiarity with Safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
  • Must be able to perform moderate Lifting (up to 30 lbs) for inventory tasks.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
