You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and storing goods, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. We are looking for hardworking individuals who are committed to efficiency and safety. A strong understanding of warehouse procedures and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential. You will be expected to adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina and the ability to handle significant lifting and moving of various items. Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Participate in inventory counts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is desirable.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Understanding of warehouse safety best practices and basic logistics.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Good communication skills.
