Our Raleigh, North Carolina facility is seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our vibrant logistics team. In this role, you will be integral to the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Your responsibilities will span from picking and packing items to ensuring they are ready for shipment, playing a crucial part in our supply chain efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders from warehouse locations using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order requirements before packing.
- Package products securely and efficiently, using appropriate shipping materials to prevent damage.
- Apply shipping labels accurately to packages.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all warehouse standards.
- Strictly follow all company safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality benchmarks.
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counting, and stock replenishment as directed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret product information and order details accurately.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Physical capacity to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for the entire shift.
- Must be able to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of safe warehouse operations and general logistics principles.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to safety practices.
- Demonstrated understanding of PPE and its importance.
