Our Jacksonville, Florida fulfillment center is looking for a dynamic Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, from picking items to preparing them for shipment. This position is at the heart of our logistics operations, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and correct order fulfillment. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues to meet daily targets and maintain high standards of quality and safety. A proactive approach and attention to detail are essential for success.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure correctness.
- Package orders securely and appropriately for shipping, selecting the right materials.
- Label packages accurately for outgoing shipments.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and carts as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory use of PPE.
- Meet established productivity and quality metrics.
- Assist with inventory control and stock rotation.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and understand order information and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Must be able to perform lifting of up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
