We are looking for a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This position is fundamental to the operations of our warehouse, involving a variety of tasks that ensure the efficient handling and storage of goods. As a Warehouse Associate, your duties will include receiving inventory, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. You will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring the smooth flow of materials through our facility. We provide all necessary PPE and emphasize a culture of strong Safety practices. This role requires physical activity, including frequent Lifting and standing for long periods. Experience with basic warehouse equipment and a commitment to a safe working environment are essential. You will be an integral part of our Logistics operations. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise accurately in assigned locations.
- Pick items for orders and pack them for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, wearing required PPE .
- Perform physical tasks, including manual Lifting and moving of items.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Support the overall Logistics operations of the facility.
