As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for locating and retrieving specified items from warehouse shelves, ensuring accuracy in quantity and product type. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations and customer satisfaction. You will utilize scanning technology to track inventory and maintain real-time accuracy. Safety is our top priority; therefore, all employees must adhere strictly to safety protocols and wear the designated PPE at all times. The position requires physical exertion, including walking, bending, reaching, and Lifting products of varying weights. Prior experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations according to order specifications.
- Verify product codes and quantities during the picking process.
- Use RF scanning devices to record inventory movements.
- Stage picked orders for consolidation and subsequent packing.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, ensuring aisles are clear.
- Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
