Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products according to order specifications.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packing.
- Pack products efficiently and securely for shipment.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals.
- Contribute to inventory accuracy through diligent picking and checking.
- Follow instructions from supervisors regarding order priorities and special handling.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations is a plus.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
