We are looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our fast-paced operations in San Francisco, California. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your duties will encompass picking items from inventory, packing them with care, and preparing them for shipment. This position offers a dynamic work environment where accuracy, speed, and a commitment to safety are paramount for successful logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from various warehouse locations based on order fulfillment systems.
- Inspect and verify items picked against order requirements to ensure accuracy.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials and methods to ensure product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as scanners and potentially pallet jacks.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, picking, or packing role is preferred.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting, with items up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move for the duration of the shift.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory flow is a plus.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong desire to contribute to team success.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and using PPE effectively.
