Our Cincinnati, Ohio facility is hiring Warehouse Workers to support our bustling **logistics** operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in many aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. We are committed to maintaining a secure and organized workplace, so adherence to all **safety** regulations and the use of **PPE** are mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fill orders from stock accurately and efficiently.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring **safety** and quality.
- Organize and arrange stock within the warehouse.
- Operate forklift, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Inspect products for damage and report any issues.
- Adhere to all **safety** procedures and **PPE** requirements.
- Assist with **Lifting** and moving of goods, up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse environment.
- Contribute to team goals in our **logistics** operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual labor, including **Lifting**.
- Knowledge of warehouse **safety** practices and **PPE**.
- Basic understanding of **logistics** principles is helpful.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
